130 William Street

 

130 William Street, a 12-story office building located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan’s Financial District purchased in 2006. It is currently undergoing major renovations including an all new facade of mixed glass, a  new lobby and three additional floors. Two full floors are currently leased to Berekely College. The remaining space is occupied by other major tenants.

Traingle sold the building in 2014 bringing outstanding returns to it's investors.
